I operate like an interrobang — questioning everything and pushing forward with force. Not because everything needs to change. Because everything needs to serve the goal. When something feels misaligned, I don’t layer polish over it.

I challenge it.

I pressure-test it.

I rebuild it if necessary.

I lead with energy, listen to resistance, and value the room.
But I won’t let inertia dictate direction. If it doesn’t move us forward, we change it.
